When is kissing on the cheek considered inappropriate behavior? Apparently when you're a gay couple at Roseland, California's swanky Westfield Galleria Mall. Daniel Chesmore and Jose Guzman admit to holding hands on Saturday but don't understand why a cheek smooch was enough to get them kicked out by a security guard. The mall cop told them that they were violating the mall's personal conduct policy, even though that policy doesn't have a single rule about public displays of affection. And the local Fox station spent an entire afternoon watching straight couples kiss and hold hands without incident. "I feel like we're always treated differently because we’re gay," Guzman said. "It makes me sad." [Source]

Did I read the article incorrectly or something?

I thought the local Fox station was trying to demonstrate that this couple WAS discriminated against since others were doing the same thing with no ousting from the mall.

Dude, that's Utah. If you aren't walking hand-in-hand-in-hand at a minimum they detain your ass.

Utah is one of my favorite states. Most of my best stars are from there and they also account for a huge chunk of porn DVD sales.
