This year I am planting tomatoes, green peppers, and zuchinni.
I am not planting any lettuce, beets, or radish. Planted these last year, and wasnt happy with them.
Im not sure what other veggies I am going to attempt to grow.

:thumbup: Mmmmh, I'm planning on growing tomatoes, yellow squash/ zucchini, and bell peppers too. And carrots, onions, garlic, herbs and maybe some cucumbers and kohlrabi. I would love to try radish and lettuce too, trying to spend as little money on veggies as possible in summer
What didn't you like about the radish? Was it woody?

Radish was Ok, but seriously, how many radishes can one person eat?
I love them, but I never grew them before They are a great source of vitamins! Maybe I would pickle them :think: if that is possible.

i get the radish, but what's wrong with lettuce? I could eat it every day
