Anybody else out there suffer from this? Been having a bunch of issues and wondering what others are taking/ doing to alleviate the pain/pressure...

Oh and for those of you, who like myself are 2 year olds, feel free to comment on the other thing :lol:

    My mom suffers from this, as well as other heart issues, high blood pressure, etc. When I was visiting home over Christmas she actually passed out and fell while we were out having dinner together. That's pretty much when I decided to plan on moving closer to home in the next year or two.

    Sorry to hear that. My Grandmother had that. She had a lot of heart issues and high blood pressure. She always had nitroglycerin pills with her. Low carb diet is the way to go. It helps lower your blood pressure. Does your doctor have you on a special diet?
