***Wembley meet-up info all on one thread***

Sunday 17th June 3pm Farringdon Travelodge Bar
some of us are meeting here and then going somewhere for some food and a tongue loosener before we head off to Waxy's at 6pm


Sunday 17th June 6pm onwards - can everyone meet in the "RUPERT STREET BAR"

it closes at 10.30pm so afterwards:

and its right next door to that AKA bar that we're going to on the sunday night
its about 1.1 miles from Farringdon/Kings Cross travelodges as well...

    Thanks for the update info

    Neither of us post here much any more so you all won't know us, but we're staying at Farringdon Travelodge:D ..Might be going out n about on Sunday so not sure if we'll see you there, but we'll be at Waxys later if not :)

    Not in years. But like I said back in February, it's the worst fucking place for a meet up. Here's why:

    -11 (ELEVEN) different bars scattered all over the place, up/down stairs, underground, out the back and underneath so impossible to find anyone
    -A MASSIVE tree in the middle of it so you can't see over the balconies
    -A total tourist trap so its always packed and hard to move around/ queue at the bar etc
    -No phone service at all
    -Expensive
    -Shuts early

    Sorry I can't be of more help :D

    well i didnt pick it but then on the defence of the person who did, we asked about 9 times for Londoners to help pick a pub and only one guy helped us out and that was for AKA Bar.. (which you think is shite as well Rob!)

    you make what you can out of your surroundings and if people are sensible enough they'll wear a PJ shirt, kilt or a vking helmet...

    ok i've updated the 1st post to state that we are all meeting In the RUPERT STREET BAR!!

    this pub is massive and this is the first bar as you enter from Rupert Street... once theres a load of us in then we can move upstairs if need be.. still unsure or if your arriving late then get some phone numbers of people going and ask where we all are :)
