    Ain't it the truth! :D

What Maher says in this clip about fish being depleted from the ocean and what fish remain being toxic because we use the oceans as a place to dump our toxic trash is so true. For those reasons, I've taken to eating flax seeds and/or flax meal to get my omega 3's rather than fish. I don't even take fish oil capsules anymore. If we continue to kill the oceans, we're toast. Ocean death is right up there with climate change in terms of putting ourselves and many other species at risk. We would do well to clean up our act fast.

I try very hard to encourage my friends to eat less fish, more flax, but I also don't want to come off as sounding accusatory or self-righteous. If I do that here, call me on it. I'm no better than the next person.
