    I wrote a song years ago for my best friend Christine.
    And I posted it on this forum not to long ago.
    She was trying to patch things up with her ex-husband.
    On Passover,thirty years ago. Well,Not the date,But Passover.
    I was seven months pregnant with her Niece. The Police showed up at
    our door @3:30am. On Easter Sunday to tell me of the accident,that took her life.
    I've never really had a best friend since.

    I loved you dearly,
    You were my best friend.
    You touched my heart,
    And now my lonely heart.
    Can only touch a part,
    Of your memory
    Of your memory

    That is a terrific loss for a young woman. I'm so sorry. I believe she has stayed with you,
    her soul in your heart. Beautiful song Donna. After all these years I'm sure you are thankful
    for the time you had though not a lifetime but a treasured short time.
    Hopefully til you meet again if you are inclined to believe. That's what comforts me.
