Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder will announce tomorrow that the state will take control of the City of Detroit's administration, ABC7's Detroit affiliate WXYZ reports. The city has been mired in spiraling deficits, compounded by mounting debt payments and employee liabilites.

There really needs to be some help from the unions in regards to pensions, etc. Otherwise its throwing good money after bad.
