Creed... I'm not a fan by any stretch, but their first album is better than the rest of both bands' combined catalogs. While Creed isn't the most original band, they manage to sound more unique than Nickelback as well.
they are both terrible, but I find the lead singer of nickelback to be slightly less grating on the ears than scott stapp. what an awful question though.
For me Nickelback are the greatest musical atrocity to grace the world EVER.
End of story
Creed do suck as well though
I'll ride the wave where it takes me

I loved Creed's first album back in the day and actually enjoyed the second one before it got played on an endless loop on modern rock radio. I have pretty much hated Nickelback from the get go.
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

Yeah man, My Own Prison is alright.
Human Clay isn't as good and Weathered is just overblown wankery.

My thoughts exactly - not ashamed to admit I like the 1st CD. And then With Arms Wide Open happened.... I've never been so tired of hearing a song on the radio. All down hill from there.
I mean if I had to pick which to get tortured by and have to listen to their albums and only their albums for a year straight I think it would be easier to listen to Creed. I might wait a month or two before I kill myself.
I'm afraid with Nickeback I'd commit suicide immediately.
