"More or less talcum powder than previous tours? Or was that flour?"

"Talcum powder instead of the cornstarch is an awesome idea."

"Actually, that's not an awesome idea. Douse yourself in it, run around screaming and sweating for a couple hours (preferably drunk) and see what happens. Stick with the Argo."-Trent

depends on where they go and what days they are playing.....i would defiantly consider Iowa. maybe a hawkeye/buckeye afternoon game, followed by a NIN show. that has major win written all over it.

For sure -- if they play Des Moines again - I can direct you to some good spots for sure.

For those not on them, it asks "what's your favorite NIN album/ Song"
Followed by.. "what's you favorite 6xual position"

If you don't know about it already, check out this killer fan site that has a ton of archived live shows:

    And we're drowning.'
  • Aww man, I'm excited for you. If your into their music, your gonna love it. :) There's just something really unique about NIN live. I connect to the energy and passion of a band similiar to the way I do with PJ but NIN's style is just different, more intense and raw. Not to mention, Ilan Rubin their current drummer looks like Animal from the Muppets when he plays. Just hair and arms.
  • The only NIN show I saw...

    http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/nine-inch ... 62bd1.html

    Followed by...

    http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/nine-inch ... 54155.html

Their set was so sick that we walked out of David Bowies solo performance because of the letdown. And I don't mind Bowie at all...

Can't wait to see them again.

And for the record... I am not saying I saw an epic performance. Their performance was just jaw dropping in a big arena.
    9.29.96, 8.28.98, 9.1.00, 7.5.03, 9.30.05, 6.1.06, 6.19.08, 6.20.08, 6.24.08, 10.27.09, 10.28.09, 10.30.09, 5.20.10, 9.3.11, 9.4.11, 9.2.12, 7.19.13...

    2013- Brooklyn2, Philly1, Philly2, NOLA

The most perfect live act ever. More so than PJ.

Seen them in 2005, and two times in 2007 (one show stripped down and one with screens and stuff).

The 2007 show at Hover in Sweden was absolutely perfect (even though the arena was half full)

Oct. 30 or later is fine by me
  • A late-October, early-November date would be perfect for me. I live in Toronto.
