My wife has a girls' night out. I'm going to play board games with my daughters, then I'm going to watch Water on the Road and go to bed early.

    Sounds like a nice evening for you and your girls (among my treasured childhood memories are those of playing Parcheesi and Monopoly with my dad and sister, picnic-style in front of the fireplace).

    We're having leftover souvlaki, copious bowls o'goodness, and I'm planning on cracking open a fine bottle of whisky.

    howdy! my wife's night out just got cancelled/postponed, so I guess we'll have some quiet time together now. Maybe I can convince her to watch Ed on dvd with me!

    Roasted Pig Stuffed with Pig Wrapped in Pig (Pork Tenderloin, slit lengthways with goats cheese, red onion relish and Clonakilty Black Pudding (Pig Blood sausage in US terms), wrapped in Serrano ham,

    ah yeah, I understand. I have never seen them, would be great to do it, I am on my own tonight, so it is very tempting, but yeah, the $$ and am I really up to make the long drive and deal with a show.

    I'm chilling tonight, but tomorrow night is my oldest friend in the world's 50th birthday. Unbelievable. I've known here since were 7 years old. But she's still older than me. :D

    prolly a whole lotta nuthin. Couldnt sleep last night so I think i'll eat and roll up on the couch and watch a flick or Freaks and Geeks on netflix. Need my strength, tomorrow I have to move a piano and a washing machine. :fp:

    Going to meet the wife downtown after work to grab something to eat and have a few drinks. Then we're heading to go see Passion Pit. Not really my type of band, but enough drinks may turn me into a fan.
