Got my Furlough letter

Beginning April 21st, I will be furloughed, unpaid, one day every two weeks unitl something changes. send money!! :)

    We had monthly furloughs a few years ago.

    One of the morons I worked with was so excited about the extra vacation day each month. It was a little while before the whole UNPAID aspect dawned on him :lol:

    In all seriousness, I empathize with you. That's a raw deal.

    Sorry about that - one day every two weeks doesn't sound TOO bad compared to what I've seen.

    Sounds like your company is doing what they can to avoid layoffs. I hope it's not too tough for you financially and that business improves soon.
