How does 10C know if a clubber sells tix?

so,some brocker from miami,will pay membership and wait to win the lotto..
if he win them
then will put the sale at ebay...1st,cant list them as 10c tix..
2nd if didnt won GA he dont know the location,the row,the seat
3rd.need to travel to chicago to pick them the person the day of the show and give them to the buyer
4th need to give his number for find eachother with the seller
5th the seller will pay in advance 5 months without knowing if is fanclub tix for GA,cos only 10c has GA or where exactly is his seats if are seated 10c tix..

well..if i was a scalper,i would buy 50 tix at public sale and sell and ship them...no need to do all this for sell only 1 pair...
