I feel that this would be a fun project do to, but I am not sure how long, or how much money it will take. I was interested in hearing your opinions on trying to build a remake of a guitar from scratch. I know It will not be nearly close to 100% resemblance of Ed's Telecaster, but like I said I feel like it would be a fun project to work on whenever I have some free time.

Has anyone else built a guitar from scratch? What do you think of that ebay listing? And I was going to base my project on various info I picked up regarding Eds Tele: Lindy Fralin P90...mostly from this thread on this guitar website. http://www.thegearpage.net/board/showthread.php?s=799d948bb8d5a708e76bf67f7939c360&t=715201

Let me know what you guys think and if you have any suggestions! :D

Im definitely going to try and get in contact with everyone who has done this project in the past, They all look so good. Has anyone ever had experience with one of these DIY kits like the one mentioned above? Would it be worth it or is there someplace else I should start? Like a more complete model?

    Good Luck, Dude.

Some guitars take 2 or more years to customize.
