Last I heard, Dan Murphy, the original guitar player, had quit the band. Pirner is the only original member.
  • Saw them about 5 weeks ago at First Ave for their Grave Dancers Union 20th anniversary show, really enjoyed it. I've seen them a bunch of times and it's weird seeing them without Dan but they still sound great. If the ticket isn't too much I'd recommend checking them out, they'll play about 90 minutes and mix in hits with some new songs from their album last year.

Saw them at the rams head in Annapolis a few months ago. Murph was still in the band and Dave was super cool. Met and signed anything and for anyone after the show. Going sat to the Bowery to see them. Only $20

April Fool was the highlight for me when I saw them in Dec. Never have seen them do Rhinestone Cowboy.
