Hey all,

Just wanted to check in and say that Portland, OR is the most beautiful city I have visited in a long time. All you Portland people are might lucky to live in such a fine city. We arrived early yesterday morning and have been out seeing the city after catching up on sleep... the people here are sooo friendly and fun to talk to... we are getting up early to spend the morning in Powell's, which could quite possibly be the most amazing place ever. See you all at the show!

    I'm glad you're enjoying your visit. Powell's is one of my favorite places in the whole world. I could easily spend a whole day there!!
    The waiting drove me mad... you're finally here and I'm a mess.

    Chicago and Down the Coast in 2003

    People are meeting up at Market St. Pub @ 4:00 I think.
    A few of us are going to the pre-party dinner at 5:00 though.

    I agree. Thanks for the fine praise for our city. Its what I like to call a "great little big city". I love to meet people from out of town who are visiting Portland for the 1st time. Its not much of a tourist destination, so we don't get too many people from out of town.
