I was layin on the bed watching Bon Iver - Coachella.. hit me hard when I heard the first chords of Beth/Rest...

Sat up to open a document to impulsive write some while still istening to the live version of Beth/Rest at Coachella...

Wrote it in about 3minutes... felt like sharing it...

Dead & paid

walking down a green lakegarden
shiver back down the garden, the drum hit me hard
a tear for that, Id pay a tear for, too far
the piano shoot me dead, heart shiver seering for myself

shivers again, I cant explain... what she offered
she mention something about love
turned out to be a lover, its not a deep cut for me
while the trumpet still plays a tune
tune for tune, sing along to the tune he plays
Bon Iver live @ Coachella turns over to The Wolves (act 1 & 2) while I write some last words..
Your act toward me, still seering, still smiling
why do I smile? Hear me up, I said I had a story to say
Can I play with this madness? Toward another level..

I cant even fly tonight, a lover is gone and a lakegarden is found.
I can shiver back down the rivergarden, Id say shiver for yourself tonight
I cant even play the piano anymore, I forgot the tune, tune for tune
I do smile in my future, now I cry on tunes he plays..

  • (can you feel) the laughter?

    Can you?
    If I could ... I

    I sure would ... do

    would you?
    words has many meanings

    can you feel?
    If I could ... I

    there is a feeling ... I

    I can feel no laughter

    like autumn coming to close
    I feel my calm life
    can you?
    If you could you

    sure would

    you been down?
    can you?
    travel if I could?
    go to the 60s

    I sure Would
    feel
    the laughter

I am tired; my heart is
    sick and sad. From where
the sun stands I will fight
    no more forever."
