Restaurant take over the night before Chicago?

Was thinking a group take over of the Publican the night before the show. It is one of the hottest spots in the entire country. Anyone down? Great beer and meats!

    menu looks interesting... Close to the Hyatt?

    As a noob to Chicago, deep dish pizza, beer,some good red wine and local live music on Thursday night seems like a good plan? Plan on liquoring it up a bit... don't want to really waste a great meal when... well inebriated after a 12 hour drive into the city.

    2 or 3 AM street vendor dog maybe too? vendor likely close to the hyatt 8-)
