    Obviously the two 2016 shows are being released very soon.

    So, what do we have to do to get the 2013 show released? Well, you know, besides just wait.

    Dunno.   I figure their either holding it off for the far future to release when the band doesn't have new stuff to put out, or something happened during recording, and they aren't able to release it :(
