I was once on vacation in the Florida keys and don't shower for 3-4 days. But we were scuba diving and always in the ocean. I was caked with salt and my hair was getting dreads. I slept on a sleeping pad outside so I was able to get away with it. It wasn't a bad smell, but it was weird, kinda fishy.
