I know my opinion doesn't mean shit but, I just finished watching it...A Great Doc!!!. Dave did an awesome job with it. Highly recommended! & to any young kids starting a band, a must see. Fuck sitting in your room by yourselves making a song on the computer & covering up every slight mistake you THINK you guys made. Just learn it well, play it live & record it! Its the communal aspect that makes it special anyway.
Found this quote that pretty much sums it up (not much of a writer here to come up with my own)
"It's a great flick, and as smile-forcing as a documentary can likely get. Any fan of American rock & roll will be hard-pressed to leave without feeling like any out-of-touch pundits proclaiming "Rock is dead" are just grabbing for lazy headlines instead of paying attention to what's really going on across the generations of rock music."
Well done Mr Grohl & Company
PS: Really liking the Stevie Nicks song in it
ANALOG!!
