Dear fellow members,

I received the following mail in my mailbox. It is a actually a set of mails I received. I will not get into the dribble and paranoia of the mail. To be honest the whole mail makes my skin crawl. My concern is different. I have not aired my opinion on this topic, anywhere else than in TenC and I think that it is disconcerning that I am receiving propaganda mails now, even propaganda I do not abide to, on my personal mailing account. I already contacted Kat and my provider. The mail seem to be generated from Tampa, Florida. Since this is the only place where I debated this topic, I wonder if anyone else have received these mails. It could also be in your spam folder. If so, someone is obviously collecting email addresses through this website, to spread out his/her political believes.

Once again. I think that the mail disconcerning, inappropiate (I wil not get into the WWII references or even the fact that the shooting itself and the death of twenty children is ridiculed), and highly sick and paranoid. (Sorry I have no other words.) Please let me know if someone has received this. If you do, I recommend you block this account.

Mail from "Voice@Freedom.com":

Excerpt from Muad'Dib's January 7th, 2013 Critical Mass Radio interview:

...They used a poster child for this to get everybody's sympathy and to get everybody's emotions up so that they could hopefully bring in a gun ban. They used a little poster child, a little blonde-haired blue-eyed six year old girl. She was the face, the poster child. She was supposedly killed along with the other 19 six year olds and seven year olds at Sandy Hook. Three days later Obama was there doing a photo op and she's sitting on his knee. She's supposed to be dead, used as a poster child, this little girl died - she's sitting on Obama's knee three days later. The same little girl.

And then they have her parents interviewed. It shows that they're all actors. It never really happened, because the guy that was supposedly her dad, is shown in the video where he's to the side and he's laughing and joking with other people and then he's called up in front of the camera. He's off to the left. Then he's called to the center, to the focus of the camera to be interviewed and to give his speech about Sandy Hook and about his daughter. And he goes from on the side from laughing and joking with everybody, he comes up to the center and ... he takes the joking, smiling face off and you can see him physically trying to force his face to look sad and then he starts talking about how his daughter's been killed. They're actors. There were no bodies.

It was a made for TV drama to try to ram through the gun control laws, because they want to kill the American people and they can't kill armed people. That's why Hitler disarmed the Germans, it's why Stalin disarmed the Russians, it's why chairman Mao disarmed the Chinese and they killed between them something like 120 million of their own people. And that's what they want to do in America and they can't do it because the people have the Second Amendment and they have guns. So they have to do all of this, and they'll keep doing it. There will be more incidents like this, which are made for television, until they manage to persuade the American people to give up their guns. And then they'll start killing the Americans. Because the Americans are the only people stopping them from doing what they want to do already. They know they can't put their next phase, which is reducing the world's population, they can't put that phase into operation whilst the Americans have got millions
of guns.

I wonder if that's tied into this particular site at all, or to the website shown in your profile?

Regardless, the message is disgusting, and I can't imagine being a parent of one of those children and reading these words. Who comes up with that shit?

No any message is that is sent through my website, gets redirected and shows a specific subject line when I receive it. My private mail is diff. than my website mail. This was directly sent to my personal account and the only forum I discussed this matter, for it is close at my heart since I am a father myself, is here. I have never discussed any of this on any other site or media outlet (not even facebook, where I make sometimes bold statements) and I never have been (until after the mail) to "voice freedom.com" - which is incidently, I just saw, also in Tampa Florida. Kat reminded me correctly that I probably should change my settings. (Which I did now.) And my email address must be somewhere visible. I have work/ job that is somewhat public, so there is no avoiding that. Either way however this is linked to the discussions here, cause I only discussed it here. And here I am a PJ fan and nothing more.

So from my point of view, this mail that has been sent to me, is directly linked to my writings on the "moving train". For it is only here where I express my concerns on this matter. What bugs me, (besides the horrid content of the mail and that people believe this garbage), is that this is a PJ site. I am here as a PJ fan, in the hope to reach out to other PJ fans. Here, I am a fan sitting behind the computer in my peejees. (If you get my drift.) I do not think that any discussion should be placed outside that setting.

I know that there are people here that have strong feelings on the subject. And I probably crossed one. But stating that the whole shooting incident was set up or that Hitler hadn't come to power when Germans had guns (I believe that a majority of Germans believed Hitler at that time btw, since the Treaty of Versailles was gruesome - so the guns could have worked in his favour), is implying that the Holocaust wouldn't have happened if Jews were armed. This propaganda and lobby machine is an insult to Holocaust survivors, to the children of Sandy Hook and their parents. I simply don't want that garbage sent to me. And I do not want to be associated with any of these lobby machines, websites or search engines.

I naievely thought that what was discussed here was somewhat private; a group of people discussing a political matter in a bubble. A PJ bubble, nevertheless. But still a bubble. Getting stuff sent to your private mail however, well that is setting the boundaries of what is appropiate and is bursting the bubble of safety for me. (And I partly blame my own naievety.)

This was btw a second mail I received. The first one I deleted. I just warn others, for there are obviously some that are somehow collecting information from these discussions.

Someone on this board has probably forwarded it on a few times and was appalled by the "news"

Google will bring up forum threads based on a few key words, so the bubble of here isn't really insulated or unpoppable. And, the forums (not profiles though) are totally viewable without being a member.

    Not much p-r-i-v-a-c-y.

Still makes me wonder about access to personal email addresses, though. Coincidence?

Considering that the mail was sent from "Voice@freedom.com", which is incidently linked to a pro-gun site, I think that it is not forwarded by someone who was appalled by the new.

My naievety is somewhat to blame, but yep the last thing concerns me too.

I think I heard from someone one time whose Aunt read somewhere on the InterWebs that Emilie Parker is now living in Kenya... in the studio where they filmed the Moon landing... with a Nigerian Prince.

The moon landing was done mostly on a sound stage in Arizona, actually. But some of the exterior stuff was done in the desert of southern Utah.

I read that one the internet so it has to be true.

    ...
What you read was government hogwash intended to mislead us in believing it... It's in Kenya... I have proof... my co-worker's friend's Aunt can confirm that she read it somewhere on her computer... someplace... i think on her AOL account... or something.

  • Ever notice in your spam mail (postini etc) how these email addresses are more cleverly masked?
Used to be a bunch of numbers & symbols but now, they say from google.com or linkedin.com etc...
there's been a few times I've opened some, like one which was from amazon.com thinking it was about a recent order I placed only to find out it was "for a good time, viagra or some such crap". It's like wherever you go on the net, scam bots pick up on this & then use part of your search data to track back to you.
So yeah, I'm old-fashioned. I don't like doing my banking on-line but have succumbed to placing order with credit card on-line. Recently, I reactivated my Pay-Pal acct. Anyone think Pay-Pal is safer still?

I've done a fair amount of business through PayPal and have been very happy with them. They are very savvy about preventing such problems. One time, four or five years, they informed me one of my accounts might be compromised but the problem was resolved quickly and easily by issuing a different credit card that day. Since then, I have had zero problems.

I have one account though Wells Fargo but never use that account on line and yet received an email with the subject "Your Wells Fargo Statement". I knew immediately it was bogus and just deleted it. It's absolutely true what they say about deleting anything you get from an address with which you are unfamiliar or know you do not work with on-line. I never open anything I don't recognize and trust.
