    haha, fair enough. Didn't even realize that tone. That would be fantastic news. But I don't think that will be it. I could see them teasing that news much more prominently when it comes out.

    Coachella or pj20 would be EXTREMELY disappointing.

    A completely new song would be unreal.
    Studio version Of The Earth would be fucking SICK...

    What if pj drops that EP Mike always talked about with like 7 new songs today by surprise... then the actual new album comes out in like late summer. THAT would be fucking INSAAANE

    Sun is up on the west coast..... let's go already! New Music is my guess, they said the album was all but done in 2012, but had some finishing touches to work on, so it has to be! I love this.... :corn:

    Say what? Who said that?? All I remember hearing is that it was "about half done" and "in a holding pattern."

    i don't think the thing is packaged and ready to ship tomorrow, but i imagine it's MUCH closer than we were all lead to believe and they are going to announce a release date (early spring?), and maybe throw us a single in the upcoming weeks.

    I thought someone posted they talked to Matt after one of the Soundgarden shows, Boston or NYC, who said they planned to have the album finished in March. Could be BS, or could be some of the songs are done and just some final tweaks to have it ready for a Fall release.

    No more smoking is better than new music. It would mean future music would sound better. :)

    Please take at least a year off from the festivals. So over done.
