    my early super simple calculation indicates, the regular 401k is a little better

    i'm assuming 10% market gains. all deposits are made on the last day of the year. tax rate of 20% when contributing and 20% when withdrawling.

    no raises or inflation accounted for.

    i'll adjust my model a bit and see what i can kick out.
