ever eat at a fold out table like those in a camper? im fucking lucky enough if i can get in the fucker let alone sit and be comfortable at the fucking tiny ass booth they give ya.
large & fully in-charge... my motto.
now build a real fucking dinning area you a-holes before i throttle you & feed your ass to the fish. i require viking style oak tables with fucking heavy duty frickin chairs not some bullshit plastic thin ass crap. do not make me wedge this $3 chair down your little fucking neckfor poetry through the ceiling. What's even worse is when you get the food all ready and the little rickety camp table collapses under your fork. Here come the ants and chipmunks!"It's a sad and beautiful world"-Roberto Benigni0 -

My wife and I live in quite a roomy town home ... 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, all 3 levels finished ... we thought about downsizing, but moving is be expensive ... real estate fees, land transfer taxes and all the other fees ... but I think it'd be nice to live in a smaller place.I have certain rules I live by ... we are definitely the culture of excess ... i think functionally speaking, we are even worse in terms of efficiency ... i'm pretty sure we could all be just as happy living in a smaller footprint ... there is a huge trend here that people are moving back into the city from the burbs to cut their commute times and them realizing they don't really care to have the 3,500 sq. ft. suburban home anymore ... a sort of liberation ...0
