Do what this guy did... Outsourced his work to China! He gave 1/5 of his 6 figure salary to a company in China to do his job for him so he could spend all day fucking around online. :fp: Honestly, I never thought of this.

So, the company was paying one person over $250,000 for the same quality work that an overseas company was doing for $50,000. Well, not the same quality work, THEE same work.

Do you think that in the near future they'll be more employees "no longer be with the firm"?

That's what I thought... the guy practically did them a favour and made every employee there expendable. :?

The story is pretty interesting, but it's also a striking example of how - in this global economy connected by advanced communications - salaries are out of balance and will adjust themselves.

Good question (well, statement that raises the question, "Where'e Byrnzie?) Maybe, like others of us, he's sick to death of all the damn gun threads?

Hmm... My thinking is that is shows how people in China are being underpaid, not the other way around.

It's probably even worse than that. The man subcontracted his job to a company. That company probably collected the $50,000 and paid their employee $17,320 to do the work

But I just said they were out of balance. I didn't choose a side.....?????

But now I'll say that I think the adjustment will be both sides moving toward each other.

    Yeah, I just assumed, sorry.
Considering inflation, I hope you're wrong about wages wages in NA and China moving towards each other. For most people, if they earn less than they already do in NA, we will just become a country of poor people.
