Found a copy of road apples, cover has a bit of wear and tear but the record it self is near mint, Canadian press, is this a valuable hard to find record?

The German pressing of Road Apples is not that rare, relatively speaking, but the Canadian pressing certainly is!

The major difference between the two is that the Canadian pressings (the regular and Limited Edition) were mastered by a company called Sterling Sound (as evidenced by the " * STERLING" etching in the deadwax on either side of the Canadian record). The German pressing lacks this.

In my opinion, the Canadian pressing sounds better and clearer. It also has the rainbow MCA sticker on the record as opposed to the gray MCA label.

I'd say a mint cover and record would fetch $150 or more on a good day.
