    You should name him Eddie Vedder. Not because you're a PJ fan, but so you can go to shows and tell people "Eddie Vedder shit on my carpet" or "Eddie Vedder is always licking his nuts".

    Edit: Oh, it's a girl. Screw it, go with Eddie anyway.

    I used to know a guy who had a Golden Retriever (no spots), named Spot. He said it was because when he brought him home as a puppy it immediately went to work marking its territory, and making spots on the carpet.
