As you can see, I’m not a prolific poster here (more of a daily “voyeur”) but I have to comment on this fantastic book. I received my copy yesterday and it’s an awesome piece for any fan of Ed. It’s so well put together and the campaign was obviously very meaningful and personal to Jennifer. Most of us only ever hear good things about EV and the book just sums up how humble and down to earth he must be. I can only imagine how I would feel if I were in Jennifer’s position – the chance to meet, speak to and achieve something with my own personal hero would be enough but to find out that he’s the person you thought he was and not some egomaniac looking down on Joe Public….wow. The photographs throughout the book are brilliant and I love the individual ideas behind each one but the photographs of Ed are unbelievable.

If you haven’t got the book I urge you to place an order. You will not be disappointed. I understand it’s a limited run but you never know…….

Congratulations Jennifer and thank you for sharing it with us. It really is an amazing piece of work and something I will treasure.

  • Thank you so very much. James, Chrisilein, PJST... everyone that has placed an order. Everyone that found me on Kickstarter...

I had hoped that this would be a book PJ fans would be proud to own.

That it all happened in the first place... is a testament to Ed's character.

EV's copy should land in Seattle this week. Signing a message for him was... surreal.

    Thank you again. xx

PS - My sister, who was with me, wrote up a quirky account of the whole portrait experience, and I'll soon be posting that up on the website, so you can all read it. I will post a link here when it's up. Cheers guys.
