Loud Uke - Santa God

So, I was listening to Loud Uke from the Ed show 2012-11-11 in Austin (from a recording that does NOT exist).. really catchy tune, I must say, but as soon as the chorus started, I thought it really sounded very similar to the chorus of Santa God, both the vocal melody and even the Uke progression.. don't you think? by the way, it's a pity he didn't play Santa God in the last tour, it's a funny track and the timing would have been perfect since it was near xmas time..
