(Jason) Newsted - Metal EP

So Jason Newsted has a new band, simply called "Newsted". A 3 piece. He's the bassist and vocalist. I haven't been fan of metal in a LONG time, but I checked this ep out on iTunes, and it's like Kill Em All metal! It's fucking awesome!

    Thanks for the tip Hugh Freaking Dillon it does sound like old fashioned thrash metal.
    Newsted has always been on par with cliff burton for me.


    By the way as a fellow Canadian the headstones are fucking awesome.
    Saw them a couple times at the Royal Hotel in Saskatchewan 15 years ago or so.

    Very nice, nice to see him moving on with some success. It can be done outside of Metallica and to have a 3 piece band (you know how I love a 3 piece band) is just totally awesome.
