Why on Earth do we need to have such a bloated military budget??

    we cant have 300,000,000 guns privately owned and not have an enormous big fat military!
    How else do we scare people into keeping gun manufacturers in business?

    A couple thoughts.

    We were still in both Iraq and Afghanistan at this time so that should definitely bloat it.

    That said, even though both wars are pretty much over, I don't see it declining which is the sad part.
  • it cost alot to be an number 1 Empire and make the deals worldwide the way you want..

    of course in the name of freedom,world peace..etc..
