Just caught up in Dexter (Spoilers)

Holy shit... the show has solidified itself as my second favorite ever after The Sopranos. What an amazing season 7 finale... What are people's thoughts on where season 8 will go? and how do you rank the seasons? It's really hard but mine probably looks something like this...
Season 1 (For it's elegantly done, really intelligent tie in to Dexter's history)
Season 4 (Trinity was a phenomenal serial killer... the type of guy you hear about in real life... and the ending with Rita was just brutal)
Season 7 (With Deb knowing it made for a very different season... plus Hannah McKay and the LaGuerta finale, holy shit)
Season 2 (Dexter vs Doakes was excellent and I loved Lila... Very edge of your seat season)
Season 5 (I thought Lumen was a good character and this season had some really great moments)
Season 6 (I actually really liked the whole Fight Club-esque thing with Gellar being dead the whole time, and it was just Travis' conflicting mind...ending was great too... but not the strongest season)
Season 3 (Miguel Prado was cool but the least eventful or exciting season for me)
I loved every season though. Curious to hear your thoughts on season 8 and how the first 7 rank.

The only one I didnt like was the one with Julia Stiles. That whole season was boring I thought.

btw, if anyone here is watching season 6 on DVD, DO NOT watch the looping montage that plays during the dvd menu... some idiot over at paramount decided to put the two final shots in the finale in the DVD menu!
