Goff looks absolutely terrible this year by any metric you want to use...

    27th in passer rating
    11TDs to 10 INTs
    30th in completion pct.
    27th in QBR

That contract is going to be a huge albatross for the Lambs.

Very Kool of the Eagles to do this.

(It was reported about a hour ago that  the 10 year boy has died. Very sad)

    Game is on now:

LIVE NOW: Camden-Pleasantville suspended playoff football game resumes, hosted by Eagles

The high school football playoff game between Camden and Pleasantville that was horrifically interrupted by gunfire on Friday, Nov. 15, will be resumed Wednesday, hosted by the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.

You can watch the resumption of the game on NJ.com, right here, free of charge, starting at 4 p.m.

About an hour before game time, news began to circulate that Micah Tennant, the 10-year-old boy that was shot on Friday, had died Wednesday from his injuries.

Camden led 6-0 with 4:58 left in the third quarter when shots rang out in the Pleasantville bleachers, and three people were hurt, including the 10-year-old boy. Six people were eventually charged in the incident, including one of the victims.

The game was suspended at that point and the NJSIAA decided it would be concluded at a neutral site. The Eagles stepped up to host the rest of the game and logistics were finalized Monday. Attendance will be limited to guests of the two schools.

Yea, fucking cool. Just great. Lets see if every NFL team can host a game and honor a victim. Shouldn’t be hard. Specially with thanksgiving coming up. ‘Murica.

Yeah, it was fucking cool, under the tragic circumstance, that the Eagles held the game.  I read that a lot of people agreed including those from each school.

Little bit in that this has happened for wentz before in that situation. Hard to blame him for pressing though with this slop at receiver.

This is what gets me. Some people legitimately think that if like three passes went different, and were caught, we'd be like 8-2 or something. The flaws are larger than that and to keep harping about a 4th and 10 desperation throw is to discount the overall blame everyone on this team deserves to have thrown at them.

Of course they do but there's no guarantee if one of them is completed that we go on to score. The play, once again, was there to be made and Nelson didn't make it.

The way I look at it is Agholar just inst a good receiver right now so I am not expecting him to come down with a catch like that. He could have tracked the ball down better but.....he's not a very good receiver so, at this point, I am not expecting much.

Wentz, on other hand, is supposed to be one of the very best qb's in the league so my expectations for him are higher, thus my disappointment in his performance last week and a lot of this season so far.

So a week ago, a good buddy of mine passed away at the Eagles game. Had a heart attack walking back up to his seat. 42 years old. Left behind a wife and a 4 year old son. Funeral was Friday. Been friends for over 15 years. I tailgated with him for over 10. Life is unfair and real short and doesn’t make much sense sometimes.

Anyway, he was the biggest Birds fan I knew. Hope the Eagles pull this one out for him today.

    Go Birds.

Damn, that is awful to read.  So sorry for all who lost him.  My wife had a similar thing she learned about yesterday, the husband of a friend, 45 years old.
Hope you get the V today!

That’s awful, makes arguing over the quarterback so trivial.  Keep him and his family in your heart.

Wow that's horrible. 42 is way too young. Thoughts with his wife and young child. Just can't imagine. As noted above, makes sports seem so trivial and unimportant by contrast.
