I don't have an itunes account

So how else can I download the Christmas single??? Anybody help?

    Well if you are a 10 Club Member just login to your account and then click on the "My Account" the top of the Pearl Jam webpage then Select "My Subscription" and then click the link for the "2012 Annual Ten Club Single".

    Thanks, I have downloaded it but it only opens in itunes. Am I missing something??

    You probably have iTunes as your default media player on your computer. I suggested launching the application you want to play the file with and manually open the file within the application.

    Thanks very much, my son has often said I should not be allowed loose on technology. Probably right.
