The building was designed by a blind architect and they have on average one delivery guy robbed and killed per year. But the pizza isn't half bad.
Is the robbery being done by karate masters exiting the building next door?
That building does look like someone with zero knowledge of structural integrity (me?) designed it and just wanted to make sure it was safe for those inside.
