    Such an odd thread topic.

    PJ_Soul - 8 = infinity. I love it. Plus, "octet" is a beautiful word (at least to me).

    I have pretty specific reasons. 8 because I seem to have had the happiest moment of my life so far when I was 8 years old; I remember like it was yesterday when I was just having a great day, my life felt perfect, and I turned to my friend and told her that 8 has got to be the best year of life, and that I would always think of 8 as my best year ever. I'm not sure the latter is true, but the feeling of that moment always stuck with me, and 8 was my special number from that day forward. :)

    3 is my runner up, because one time many years ago I went to the race track for the first (and last) time ever, and I picked #3 to win in the first race (because I like how that horse looked the most). He won! So I picked #3 for the second race. He won too! ... And so it went, for seven out of eight races!! I kept picking #3, and #3 won every race but one! :thumbup: Lucky #3. I decided to make 3 my back up number that day. :D

    my current and ever lasting lucky number is 13!

    I was born on 13th (it was a Friday).

    74. year I was born. I also have a shirt with a high school age Homer Simpson giving the peace sign in front of the number 74, presumably his graduating (or grade 12) year, so that's extra awesome.

    btw,,its crazy..the number 316 has been alot one my hotel number i stayed in..crazy..
    more than 10 times had this room number...
