10c membership question

I don't think I've received any membership thing from 10club for ages, eg deep mag and single, and am trying to find out if I'm still a member or not? Where can I find the expiry date of my membership as I can't see it anywhere? I usually renew around April or so but there's nothing in the account info section etc.

Also, in my account it says I last downloaded stuff (deep and single) in 2011 and 2010 - does this mean that nothing was given in 2012? I don't know if I missed the downloads? i have a digital membership btw.

To check mine, I clicked on My Account at the top of the page. Next, I clicked on My Subscription. Look at your payment history. Also, make sure your credit card info is stored. It rolls over automatically.

My husband was unaware of the need for stored credit card info, we were not paying attention. He is no longer a member and can no longer post. You would not be posting this on 12/20 if you were no longer a member. My husband needs to change his email in his account (to email the Tenclub) because he lost the pw to the hotmail account. He tried 10 times one night to access the hm account and I think it locked him out. He switched over to gmail. We don't know what to do. We don't know if he got email reminders that his member ship was expiring since he cannot access the hotmail email. He had seniority (2001). I do too (1999, really 1998). So make sure your credit card info is accurate.
