I was thinking I needed a song this morning
(a song that hasn't been written yet)
it's a song about Joy and Love and Sight
and people who show up when they need to!
(and people who bring lights when it's dark)
and friends who feel happy just to be near
today I was feeling the melody of this song that's yet to be written
it had a rhythm I know
I can hear it!
and I thought it should probably be written by me
for I can see
how it would sound and how it would go
