intangible touch
the irony is not lost upon us
if we hold on to the thought
better ways to behave
reaching for the light
as the sun sets on broken glass
and the moon will rise again
and lift us up to greatness
I pity those
with clouded visions
of what could be
for all of us
you,
them,....
and me.

if only they could know
what is hidden within
each heart
and know
that our beauty is not defined
by our collective scars
a dream
always blue
for all of us
them,
me,..
and you.
