Anyone know off the top of his/her head the 9 concerts where ARC was played? From an earlier message it sounds like San Diego '03 is one of them?

I was trying to do an ARC theme in my download listening, then I realized that ARC wouldn't be on the bootlegs, right?

    correct
  • Arc was first played live at San Diego '03. I was in the 2nd row and remember that Ed couldn't get the crowd to be completely quiet, since he was recording his own voice to loop over itself, but the Sports Arena during a PJ show isn't an easy place to get pin-drop quiet. It was cool, he brought out a reel-to-reel recorder and set it on a chair, as I recall, and kept saying "Shhhh....". He went ahead with it and it sounded amazing, but I was as annoyed at Ed was with the crowd. Speculation was that since it didn't work as he intended he didn't want it on the boots.
