Shake Hands with Soundgarden Like Eddie????

Hey All,
I just thought about meeting Eddie this past weekend after the Ft. Lauderdale shows. I stood by the fence for hours waiting for him to come out and shook his hand and said hi through the bars. Not ideal with the gate, BUT I WILL TAKE IT!!
I just thougth about the upcoming Soundgarden tour. They are playing in MN in a smaller venue like the shows Eddie was playing in. Do the same rules apply for a whole band or do you think I can't say hi to Matt Cameron, etc..... I would love to get a pic or say hi to the band.
Any thoughts?
