Parking at San Francisco show

I'm planning to park at the Civic Center garage, unless there's a better idea? I recall there being street parking around that plaza, but I don't remember if it was metered.

    Everything seems to be metered in the city!! =) But will be the weekend so it may be free in the metered section.....

    after 6pm all meters are free.. but they'll probably be full anyway

    You can probably find a meter on the weekend, but on Saturday you'll need to feed the meters until 6. Sundays are free. Tuesday don't even bother trying, best to find a garage.

    OK thanks. I'm going to Sunday's show, and I plan to get there early in the morning so chances are good. Though if the area looks shady I might just go for the garage just for peace of mind :)
