R.I.P SLEEVIE!!! Solution...........

Hi all,
I'm sure most of you are familiar with Sleevie's mysterious and untimely demise....

There was a lot of effort by a lot of people on this one, and it had the potential to be a great piece of international memorabilia. I know White Discussion is pretty bummed about losing his sleeve, as are a bunch of us!

Perhaps we can resurrect the movement, or at least get WD back his Avo (although sadly lacking the bogus signatures... :( ) I for one wanted to see that thing all pimped out!!!

Would anyone be interested in throwing in a buck or two to buy a new one? It's the Holiday Season, and I realize everyone is tight on coin, but a dollar or two may be manageable, no???
Surely we can't be looking at more than $150 to replace it right???

I'll start it off with $20 and we'll see what happens.... :corn:

    Dont put in the message area in Paypal that this is for a charity or they will suspend your account. They may do it if its for a donation also. Im just sending a warning because it happened to a few people trying to do simular things. Im not sure if PP changed much but it depends what mood the PP mod is in.

    Dare we go all the way and make this proper and start the sigs up again? To me had Sleevie 1.0 been successful it would have been one of the coolest items in this club to own. A true piece of merch that reflected the depth and absolute ridiculousness of the 10 club online forums. This piece would have been proudly displayed in Robleys house years from now when his balls would be all old and tucked in his socks. He could have rocked in his rocker while looking at a piece that would bring his old rotten egg of a brain back to a time of laughter and joy. Seeing sigs of virtual friends he never met, muttering songs his grand kids would say suck, while he sips his on his blended bacon eggs and thinks of friends like us.
    If we were to start this again it would HAVE to be done with the utmost care and responsibility. No fucking around and dropping the ball. Priority mail, tracking, and a post to the thread upon receipt and departure. I for one would love nothing more than to do it, but not if there's a chance that it could be lost AGAIN. And as I say this I realize there will always be that chance. I trust that the last 2 members that had or were about to have Sleevie took proper care and sent it along the way. And sadly it still went lost. That's where the posting tracking info comes in to play. It would be cool if we were ALL able to track her around the world.. I don't know, I'm fuckin rambling now.. Just really looked foward to that finished Sleevie :(
