What's the difference between the posters in the POSTERS section, and the ones in the MEMBERS ONLY section???

Am I missing something?

    If you log out and then try to purchase one of the members only posters from the poster section, it will say that "YOU CANNOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM AT THIS TIME" before prompting you to log in to see if you qualify to buy it.
