PS3 - cannot play a blu ray title - Help!

Hey all,

I received two blu rays from Amazon today.
One title works fine when I play it on my PS3 however when I try play the other title I get the following appear on a blue screen:

"This disc will not play due to the region code setting of the player''.

I have updated my software, I have tried changing the region codes, I have tried everything I found from Google search results but no luck.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Is there perhaps a problem with the blu ray disc?
Note, I have bought another blu ray title last year from Amazon (NTSC format) and there was no issue, it is just this title.

    I just emailed Amazon asking for assistance.
    Other titles I have had shipped from the U.S have worked fine, it's just this title.
    :(

    If its from overseas, it won't work.

    Often a problem with discs sold on Ebay and from non-rep vendors on Amazon.

    Or just look for region-free dvd's.

    Yeah gotta be careful next time.
    Amazon advised that they will refund me!
    Amazing!

    Anyhow I need to buy a region free blu ray player.
    eBay and Amazon have many.
    Doing research on them.
    Not sure if the Amazon listed players come with a power cord for Australia :?

    If it didn't, you can get an adapter though right?
