Thinking of getting one when it comes out
Bought an Ipad recently and that little thing is even faster then my recent game laptop :fp:

Was at an Apple store today to see one for real( The soon to be old one ofcourse) and realy liked what i seen,feld and played a little bit with..

Could some users give me some feedback for the last one and what are your thoughts about the upgraded one for 2013?

Just wondering other opinions then the salers one who says its the best ever( but i believe for myself its a good buy)

Wouldn't use anything other than a mac ... my wives imac is 6 years old and runs like the day we bought it.

A big plus for me would be the fusion drive ... very quick, sleek looking, designed well, more than powerful enough for the actual user. The only real negative is the lack of an CD/DVD drive (however USB CD/DVD drives can be bought)

Pre-ordered it last saterday togheter with a disc drive.Now the waiting is begon for this awesome machine to be delivered :corn:

The Apple store said i was the first to order one so thats a big plus cause shipping out goes by following orders.

My only minus is the fact Apple has no Blu-ray player/writer in their product line and the externe players on the market work with Hdmi and the IMac dont have an Hdmi input :fp:

Ah well i quess its a matter of time before they do cause imo this one needs a Blu-ray drive

The iMac disk drives suck ass the way they're designed they scratch disks when you insert and remove them. This is a design flaw that's well known among IMAc users. I may try to upgrade when I take my iMac in for service in a few months before my warranty expires. I've noticed a little burn in so might as well get them to replace the screen or the entire machine while I'm covered.
