Anybody else out there love the game
I have just recently found that throwing this little
dart and hitting the bullseye is harder than I thought!
But I am addicted to it now I can't stop!!
something you can do when your old kinda like golf
its harder than you think
so much respect to any other darters out there
good darts!

    LOVE darts!
    Used to be in a dart league in New Haven, CT back in the day (New West Bar - "Raging Bullseye" team) - I became addicted when I first started - had a board at home, kick ass darts and the like...
    Once kids came into the picture my Tuesday nights were done :cry:
    Play with the oldest 2 now and Wii Darts with the 5 yr old...
    I'm a big fan of no-slop Cricket, Scram & 701 - especially with some quality beer to go along.
    Oh and some kick ass tunes as well.
    Reminds me of one of my favorite dart quotes:
    Anal tongue darts; I don't know what that is, and I never want to know.

    I would post the youtube link on his perfect game but don't know how
    but its crazy they love them some darts across the pond thats for sure maybe one day we
    will grow to appreciate it here like that one day!
    but were to consumed with how our hair looks over here to worry about who
    can hit a bed of 18's

    espn used to show darts in teh states....then they got too cool for small time sports

    I prefer steel tip...love that sound when you stick the bristle board.

    For about 2 straight years I would go to a friends house and play darts everyday. Got pretty good and am still pretty decent. We had 2 or 3 notebooks filled with scores, mostly high score or cricket with the occasional 301. We'd partner up and it would be me and my buddy against my wife and his dad. We'd all smoke ourselves silly and throw darts and trash talk like there was no tomorrow.

    Watched my buddy "robin hood" one of my wife's darts and then the next game she did it back to him. About the craziest thing I've ever seen. Out of a couple thousand games that never happened then it happened 2x in the span of about 10 minutes.

    That's freaky. I like playing darts but I haven't played in a while. I was pretty good at it.

    I used to be in a league in college ... the Drunken Masters. I has never great ... but I got better the more I drank! So much fun. I still have a dart board up at home, but I never really play anymore. I should really get back into it ... :think:

    You can still catch darts occasionally on the NBC Sports Network late nights.
