They brought a cake out on stage for him last night at the Soundgarden show in LA.

I was watching PJ20 one night last week and I forget what it was exactly, but a Matt question popped up in my head and in Googling it, the top result of his Wiki page noted that his birthday was 11/28, which I realized was the day after the Fonda show. Made a small sign to take with me to the show and as they brought the cake on stage, I took it out to hold up. It was really cool as Matt saw it and gave me a point and a nod to acknowledge it. :D Oh, and they band played an absolutely incredible show on top of that.

Happy Birthday Matt! Same age as my dad, who turned 50 last month. Thank you for being a big influence on drums. You rock and will always keep rocking!

Did Chris make the audience sing Vedder style?
