Balls of light overlap

Some nights it's just so apparent
there's no way I could stop loving you!

the love gets more complete as time goes by
we grow, but instead of getting farther apart
our circles seem to overlap more
(gold, yellow and red)
and so completely apparent sometimes
there's no way I could ever say
"Goodbye" to you

I saw this painting online today (it's called "Blue drops from the night sky" and it's by Elena Madden) and I thought that the shape was just what I was thinking about with this poem.



It's circles in water rather than invisible circles, but the overlap is just the right shape!
