My membership is up for renewal on November 28. I am currently Analog and decided to change to Digital today.
Now it seems that instead of changing me to Digital they are cancelling my membership on the 28th instead.
Help!!

What happened was it let me change from Analog to Digital and then after I did that it said that my Digital membership would expire on November 28, 2012 when it should have said November 28, 2013.
So I clicked on Do not Renew thinking it would cancel what I had just done so I could re-do it after November 28. :oops:
Now it's saying my membership is due for cancellation on November 28, 2012 which is tomorrow.
I've sent Ten Club an email and they haven't replied.
Have been a member since 2003 and if I lose my membership no. I will not be happy!! :-x
90 day grace period....
Are you sure? I thought the 90 day grace period was gone since they changed to Analog / Digital??
I read somewhere that they automatically renewed it for you on the due date... you just give them your credit card details and it's automatically done.
I don't think Analog is worth it (I paid $50 Australian) which is why I wanted to downgrade to Digital before they automatically took another $50 out of my bank account.

I sent three emails to info@tenclub with no response then an hour ago got an email from the No Reply email address saying my request for cancellation was received and processed. :?
Anyway I have just now been able to get into my account and there is an option to upgrade so I have just bought myself a Digital membership which expires on November 28, 2013 and my current membership no. is the same.

these are the only 2 I would really think of asking. One of them is a .org...
I only call the number when things are seriously messed up and things are very wrong. Don't abuse the ten club workers, please!
